Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• Track record of leading multiple programs and/or large teams.
• Typically 8+ years in business/IT consulting, operations, or related roles.
• Expertise across two+ business capability domains; fluency in all domains.
• Knowledge of product management disciplines with operations experience.
• Expertise in business architecture and governance; fluency in 2+ tech domains.
• Ability to drive organization-wide change with innovative ideas.
• Ability to explore AI practices to improve daily activities.
• Experience in project portfolio management and cross-team leadership.
