Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analytics Professional to manage data that supports daily operations, strategic planning and performance issues.

You will analyze complex data, build models, and present insights to senior management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. The role involves evaluating financial implications of budgets, capital expenditures, and divestitures, forecasting short to long-term positions, and advising executives on strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of general accounting and financial management experience.
• Experience compiling, modeling, interpreting and analyzing data to identify, explain, influence variances and trends.
• Ability to explain variances and trends and enhance modeling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage data to support daily operations, strategic planning and performance issues.
• Analyze financial information for budget planning, capital expenditure and divestitures.
• Present results to senior management weekly, monthly, quarterly.
• Evaluate financial implications of proposed budgets and explain variances and trends.
• Advise executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance.
• Work with Tech leadership on business case analysis and ROI.
