Job summary

You will lead a team in developing reports, models, and tools to support business strategy, while communicating insights to executive partners and collaborating with multiple functions to improve consumer experiences. This role may require travel and offers a bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline and 6+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience using large sets of structured and unstructured data for insights.
• Experience developing and validating forecasting models.
• Strong communication with executive partners.
• Clear oral and written communication; team leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Transform high volumes of data into advanced analytic solutions.
• Develop reports, projections, models, and presentations to support strategy.
• Lead programs and large-scale projects within the function.
• Implement strategic plans and drive performance improvements.
