Datavant is seeking a Strategic Analytics professional to join the Strategic Operations team. You will turn complex operations data into actionable insights, build models and tools, and partner with senior leaders to shape business decisions.

Your strengths include analytics, dashboard development, and lightweight automation using Google Apps Script and AI workflows. You will collaborate across functions, own analyses, and contribute to high-growth initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, finance, strategic planning, business analytics, or an operational analyst role.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills.
• Hands-on experience building tools with Google Apps Script, AI-assisted coding, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills to structure ambiguous problems and extract actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership.
• Self-starter with ownership and willingness to learn and grow.
• Cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders and colleagues across the organization.

Aufgaben

• Own the analysis leadership relies on: monitor KPI trends, diagnose operating variances, and conduct root cause analyses that drive action.
• Build and maintain operational and financial models (capacity, throughput, staffing, scenarios) to inform business strategy and evaluate new initiatives.
• Turn complex data into clear, concise insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-ready materials.
• Identify manual, repetitive processes, then recommend and build the best-fit solution with Google Apps Script or AI workflows.
• Build and maintain dashboards and lightweight programs that give leadership timely visibility into performance.
• Stay curious about new tools and AI capabilities, and help the team adopt better ways of working.
• Contribute to strategic and operational initiatives end to end, from structuring the problem to developing recommendations.
• Partner with operations, finance, and other teams so analytics are trusted and used to drive decisions.
• Flex into program management and strategy work as business needs evolve.
