Datavant is seeking a Strategic Operations Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights, reporting to the Director of Strategic Operations. You will build models, dashboards, and AI workflows to support senior leaders across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in management consulting, finance, or analytics, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience in Google Apps Script or AI tooling. You’ll partner with operations and finance on cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 3 to 5 years in management consulting, finance, strategic planning, business analytics, or operational analysis.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills; build scalable models from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script, AI-assisted coding, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills; structure ambiguous problems and extract actionable insights.
• High standard for accuracy and ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality.

• Own KPI analysis, monitor trends, diagnose variances, and drive action.
• Build and maintain operational and financial models for capacity and staffing.
• Turn complex data into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations.
• Identify manual processes and build fit-for-purpose automation and dashboards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to inform decisions and strategy.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives from problem framing to recommendations.
