Job summary

JLL is seeking a Sr. Research Manager to lead the ARM program within GREF, delivering executive-level insights and hands-on analytics. You will produce research deliverables, map portfolio data, and guide data-driven decisions while leveraging internal AI tools and GIS platforms.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to translate complex topics into actionable, predictive insights for senior client leadership across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, urban planning, real estate, or related field.
• 7+ years in commercial real estate research, consulting, or related field; industrial or office sector preferred.
• Experience leading from executive presentation to deliverable production.
• Strong analytical, quantitative skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Dynamic presentation skills with executive presence.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Hone and execute a holistic research and insights program for GREF with cross-functional collaboration across regions.
• Serve as a strategic partner to senior client leadership, translating complex themes into clear, compelling, and predictive insights that drive decision-making.
• Produce analytical and mapping deliverables (commute studies, portfolio maps, demographic analyses, site-level research) to support portfolio strategy and transactions.
• Lead production of predefined and ad hoc research requests, ensuring quality and timeliness across stakeholders.
• Proactively leverage AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to maximize efficiency.
• Communicate insights via reporting and data visualization tools, including JLL's GIS platforms.
• Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to manage research intake, prioritization, and delivery timelines.
