Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Research Manager to lead the Analytics, Research, and Mapping (ARM) program within Amazon's GREF. You will own a bespoke research and insights program, delivering executive-level insights and data-driven recommendations to underpin strategic decisions.

The role blends senior leadership with hands-on production, requiring strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, GIS capability, and a focus on AI-driven automation to improve efficiency and scale outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, urban planning, real estate, or related field.
• 7+ years in commercial real estate research, consulting, or closely related field; industrial or office sector experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to operate as both strategic leader and hands-on producer with full lifecycle ownership.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skillset with a data-excellence mindset.
• Dynamic presentation skills and executive presence; able to engage senior leaders with insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Hone and execute a holistic research and insights program for GREF across regions.
• Translate complex themes into clear, predictive insights for senior client leadership.
• Produce analytical deliverables (portfolio maps, demographic analyses, site-level research).
• Lead production of research requests with consistent quality and timeliness.
• Leverage AI tools, automation, and emerging tech to increase efficiency.
• Communicate insights via reporting and GIS platforms (MapIT/ArcGIS).
• Coordinate research intake, prioritization, and delivery timelines.
