Job summary

Capital One is seeking an experienced Business Analysis Manager in its Enterprise Payments organization. You will apply strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges, collaborating with world-class professionals to craft data-driven strategies that impact profitability.

You will lead 1-2 analysts, develop pricing strategies, and guide marketing and credit risk analytics while coordinating with IT, Sales, Operations and Finance to improve quality, volume, and profitability.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Pursuing or holding a Master’s Degree in Business or a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in analysis.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services.
• 1+ year of experience in consulting.
• 2+ years of experience in people management.

Responsibilities
