Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience performing analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability and competitive success.
• Lead and mentor 1-2 analysts, coaching associates to retain talent.
• Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for lending products; lead product-level modeling/analytics.
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and design insights for new customer experiences.
• Connect drivers of future credit trends to historical data; build risk models and test hypotheses.
• Manage delivery of business initiatives; build business requirements and track programs.
