Beyond Finance, a Chicago-based company, seeks a Manager of Strategy & Analytics to optimize marketing channel performance, retention, and lifetime value. You’ll partner with marketing, operations, product and sales to deliver insights that drive company goals and inform executive decisions.

The role requires strong data skills (SQL, Excel, data visualization), the ability to communicate results clearly, and comfort working in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, STEM, or analytical field.
• 2–4 years in marketing, product, strategy, or business analytics.
• Experience in Strategy Consulting, Financial Services, or Start-ups.
• Excel and SQL; Python or R a plus.
• Looker or Tableau experience a plus.
• Quick learner with ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Dive into data and processes to identify key operational challenges and opportunities.
• Present findings to stakeholders and recommend actionable solutions for senior leadership.
• Re-define and challenge company KPIs aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with product and operations to define tests and experimental design.
