Job summary

Beyond Finance, a Chicago-based company, seeks a Manager of Strategy & Analytics to optimize marketing channel performance, retention, and customer lifetime value. You will partner with marketing, operations, product, and sales to deliver insights to executives.

The role requires strong data skills (SQL, Excel, data visualization) and experience communicating results to Senior Leadership in a fast-paced, growth environment. Remote-friendly within the Chicagoland area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, STEM, or analytical field.
• 2–4 years professional experience in marketing, product, strategy, or business analytics.
• Familiarity with Excel and SQL; Experience with Python or R is a plus.
• Experience with Looker or Tableau is a plus.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Dive into data and processes to understand operational challenges.
• Present findings to stakeholders and executives with actionable recommendations.
• Redefine and challenge KPIs critical to goals.
• Collaborate with product and operations to define tests and experiments.
