Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager of Strategic Analytics, Front Store Offer Strategy to lead analytical efforts that optimize coupon experiences and drive in-store traffic. You’ll structure analyses, leverage SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI to translate data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional leaders across Loyalty, Merchandising, Pricing, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading analytics delivering business insights.
• Experience with large data sets using Teradata and/or Snowflake.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint.
• Proven experience building Power BI solutions.
• Knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Effective communicator across stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with IT and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Review KPIs and trends via Power BI dashboards.
• Align with cross-functional teams on data needs.
• Write and optimize SQL queries across Snowflake.
• Build and refine Power BI dashboards for insights access.
• Translate analytics into actionable insights for decisions.
• Present findings to stakeholders with recommendations.
• Identify data anomalies and investigate data quality.
