Job summary

Florida Blue is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Markets Operations to lead information management and analytics, delivering actionable insights for strategy, operations, and profitability. You will supervise analysts, drive dashboards, and partner with executives to align data initiatives with enrollment, sales, and customer experience goals.

The role requires strong leadership, deep analytics, and experience with BI tools, SQL/SAS, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related work experience.
• 3+ years of direct supervisory/management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, BI, Statistics, or equivalent.
• Strong Microsoft platform proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of enrollment and sales operations processes.
• Knowledge of database principles, analytical modeling, and forecasting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Direct intelligence initiatives from conception through production and adoption.
• Manage leadership and Sales Operations dashboards to monitor processes and metrics.
• Lead a team of analysts in developing BI tools for Sales Operations and Commercial Markets.
• Provide insights to leadership on recommendations aligned with affordability and customer experience goals.
• Oversee performance reporting and budget analysis across Sales Operations.
