GuideWell, through Florida Blue, is seeking a Senior Manager of Commercial Markets Operations to lead information management and analytics. You will transform raw data into actionable intelligence to inform strategic, tactical, and operational decisions and empower leadership to drive profitability and customer experience.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, analytics leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales Operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related work experience.
• 3+ years of direct supervisory/management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Business Intelligence, Statistics, or equivalent.
• Strong Microsoft platform proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong relationship management and process management capabilities.
• Knowledge of database principles, analytical modeling, and forecasting techniques.
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic projects and develop and execute the Information Strategy.
• Direct intelligence initiatives from conception through production and adoption.
• Manage leadership and Sales Operations dashboards to monitor processes.
• Define, develop, and drive reporting metrics to enhance engagement and business impact.
• Lead a team of analysts in developing and maintaining business intelligence tools for Sales Operations and Commercial Markets.
• Provide insights and analytic support to leadership on strategic recommendations.
