You will guide a team of analysts, develop BI tools, and ensure alignment with affordability and customer experience goals, while communicating findings to executives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related work experience.
• 3+ years of direct supervisory/management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, BI, Statistics, or equivalent.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of database principles, analytical modeling, and forecasting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and develop the Information Strategy.
• Direct intelligence initiatives from conception through production and adoption.
• Manage dashboards for Sales Operations and Commercial Markets.
• Provide executive-level insights and strategic recommendations.
