Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks a strategic analytics leader for its Nursing Programs, including the Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program (NRP) and TTNLP, to transform workforce and program data into actionable insights that drive decision making and outcomes.

You will collaborate across product, technology, research, and business teams to develop benchmarking, analytics, and reporting capabilities that support product innovation, accreditation initiatives, and evidence-based nursing practice.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in analytics
• Experience analyzing healthcare workforce, operational, or clinical data
• Experience querying data warehouses and working with large datasets
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
• Experience with SQL and at least one analytical language (Python/R/SAS)
• Experience with predictive analytics or AI in healthcare preferred
• Ability to influence cross-functional strategy and translate needs into analytics solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate data into actionable recommendations

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy for Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program (NRP) and TTNLP.
• Develop benchmarking methodologies, outcome measures, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Define business requirements for reporting/analytics/data visualization with product and technology teams.
• Analyze workforce, educational, operational, and survey data for insights.
• Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI, predictive analytics, and emerging tech.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality across platforms.
• Translate analytical findings into executive-level presentations and storytelling.
• Support workforce research, accreditation initiatives, and dissemination of outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize analytics initiatives.
• Guide client education and adoption of benchmarking methodologies.
