Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking an analytics lead for its Nursing Programs to transform workforce, educational, and program data into actionable insights.

You will collaborate across product, technology, research, and business teams to develop analytics capabilities that support product innovation and accreditation initiatives. You will translate complex findings into executive-ready stories, build KPI dashboards, and guide data-driven decisions to improve workforce outcomes and client value.

Qualifications

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.
Experience analyzing healthcare workforce, operational, or clinical data.
Experience querying data warehouses and working with large datasets.
Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
Experience with SQL and at least one analytics language (Python/R/SAS).
Experience with predictive analytics, AI, or ML in healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics strategy for Vizient's Nursing Programs (NRP and TTNLP).
Develop benchmarking methodologies, KPIs, and dashboards to demonstrate program value.
Define requirements for reporting, analytics, and data visualization with product/tech teams.
Analyze workforce, educational, operational, and survey data to identify trends and insights.
Evaluate AI, predictive analytics, and emerging tech to enhance products and client experience.
Ensure data integrity across analytics platforms and translate findings for executives.
Support workforce research, accreditation initiatives, and dissemination of outcomes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize analytics initiatives.
Guide client education and adoption of benchmarking methodologies.
