Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a strategic analytics lead for its Nursing Programs, including the NRP and TTNLP, to transform workforce and educational data into actionable insights that drive program value and strategic decisions.

You will collaborate across product, technology, research, and business teams to develop benchmarks, analytics, and reporting that support product innovation, accreditation initiatives, and evidence-based nursing practice.

Qualifications

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Experience with healthcare workforce, operational, or clinical data preferred.
Experience querying data warehouses and working with large datasets.

Responsibilities

Lead the analytics strategy for the Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program (NRP) and TTNLP.
Develop benchmarking methodologies, outcome measures, KPIs, and dashboards that demonstrate program value.
Define reporting, analytics, and data visualization requirements with product and technology teams.
Analyze workforce, educational, operational, and survey data to identify trends and insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI, predictive analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance products and client experience.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across analytics platforms.
