• 5+ years of quantitative analysis experience preferred.
• 5+ years of qualitative analysis experience preferred.
• 2+ years of people management experience preferred.
• 2+ years of product development experience preferred.
• 2+ years of financial modeling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: develop growth, profitability, and competitive strategies.
• Own and oversee business analytics with potential P&L accountability.
• Lead and coach analysts to develop talent.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies for lending products.
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing insights and product experience improvements.
• Drive credit risk modeling and hypothesis testing with rigorous analysis.
• Coordinate across IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve quality and profitability.
• Manage multiple projects and programs concurrently.
