Responsibilities

• Driving analytics productization and self-service: create scalable reporting assets that reduce ad-hoc requests and improve stakeholder access to insights.
• Coaching team members on Tableau and analytics best practices: improve turnaround speed, dashboard quality, and stakeholder-ready outputs.
• Data analysis and interpretation: analyze large datasets to extract insights for strategic decision-making.
• Data analysis: develop data models to derive actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Dashboard development and self-service enablement: design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and TableauNext.
• Machine learning modeling: clean data, create features, and build predictive models under guidance.
• Collaborative problem solving: translate business requirements into data-driven solutions with cross-functional teams.
