Job summary

Guidewire is seeking an Analytics Specialist to own a portfolio of Analytics clients, driving adoption and growth through data-driven insights. You will turn client needs into practical analytics use cases and lead engagements across product, sales and services to extract value from dashboards and predictive models.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in customer success, consulting or account management.
• Experience turning client requirements into actionable analytics use cases.
• Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the client portfolio across onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal and expansion.
• Translate client challenges into analytics use cases and embed capabilities into processes.
• Drive retention and commercial growth through renewal readiness and cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead client engagement across business, technical and executive stakeholders.
• Mobilise internal teams to resolve issues and align client priorities with product direction.
• Share best practices and deepen expertise across the Analytics portfolio.
