Job summary

Guidewire is seeking an Analytics Specialist to own a dedicated portfolio of Analytics clients, combining customer success, analytics know-how and commercial account ownership to drive adoption, retention and growth.

The role involves leveraging Guidewire's predictive modelling, risk data, dashboards and BI capabilities to deliver business value while coordinating with Product, Sales and Services to meet client needs. Expect travel to client locations and industry events as part of engagement.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in customer success, consulting, sales, account management or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience with data, analytics or technology solutions and applying data to business decisions.
• Ability to ask the right questions, structure complex problems and translate requirements into solutions.
• Comfort discussing APIs, datasets, integrations, analytical models and dashboards.
• Able to recognise client risk and growth opportunities and manage renewal/expansion conversations.
• Fast-moving environment adaptability with initiative and ownership.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders across teams and drive collaboration.
• Curiosity to learn new products, datasets, technologies and use cases.

Responsibilities

• Own the Client Portfolio across onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal and expansion.
• Turn client challenges into analytics use cases and support embedding capabilities into client processes.
• Identify retention risks and develop credible expansion opportunities with Sales and Portfolio Leaders.
• Lead engagement with business, technical and executive stakeholders across client organizations.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Support, Professional Services and other teams to resolve issues.
• Share successful use cases and best practices across the portfolio and with clients.
