Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Analytics Engagement Leader for a hybrid role based in New York, Boston, or Philadelphia. You will lead strategic client accounts, present our analytics platforms, and translate complex risk insights for business leaders during live demonstrations.

You will collaborate with actuarial and brokerage teams to tailor solutions, drive client value, and expand opportunities. A 5–10 year insurance background and strong Microsoft skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic achievement.
• 5–10 years of experience in an insurance-related field.
• Experience with analytics ecosystems and derivative insights.
• Experience with Insurance Broker, Carrier, TPA, Risk Manager, or risk analyst roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage a strategic book of client accounts across growth-focused regions.
• Develop client engagement presentations and formal proposals.
• Oversee the client engagement process and drive value-based outcomes.
• Translate complex risk issues into actionable insights for leadership.
