Job summary

Marsh Advisory Team is seeking an Analytics Engagement Leader for a hybrid role based in New York, Boston, or Philadelphia with occasional travel. The role involves leading client engagements, demonstrating analytics platforms via Zoom, and aligning risk insights with client strategies.

You will manage strategic accounts, respond to RFPs, present proposals, and translate complex risk issues for senior leaders while collaborating with actuarial and brokerage teams to expand Marsh's analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic achievement.
• 5-10 years of experience in an insurance-related field.
• Experience with analytics ecosystems and derivative insights.
• Experience working with an Insurance Broker, Carrier, TPA, Risk Manager, or in a Risk Analyst role.
• Commercial property and casualty insurance experience.
• Financial and analytical acumen.
• Experience working with strategic/C-suite leaders preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a strategic book of client accounts with growth targets.
• Address RFPs, develop client engagement presentations and proposals.
• Oversee the client engagement process ensuring satisfaction and value.
• Translate complex technical risk issues into actionable insights for business leaders.
• Utilize quantitative and analytical abilities to drive business development and provide customized solutions.
• Evaluate the book of business within the analytics team to identify opportunities.
• Facilitate relationships to maximize value of internal offerings.
• Serve as chief point of contact for key stakeholders.
• Organize and present at relevant industry conferences and professional organizations.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft products in daily work.
