Job summary

Marsh Risk Analytics Solutions is seeking a Vice President to lead technical peer review on actuarial analyses, manage analytical engagements, and translate complex modeling into clear guidance for clients.

You will present findings to CFOs and other executives, guide risk analytics, and develop teams while improving delivery standards across engagements. This role requires deep analytical expertise, leadership, and client-focused communication.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of actuarial analysis, statistics, or related quantitative field.
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and quantitative modeling, with judgment to evaluate assumptions.
• Experience reviewing complex analytical work, identifying errors or inconsistencies, and providing actionable feedback.
• Strong project management skills, including coordinating contributors and meeting deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
• Collaborative approach and interest in coaching colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Own technical peer review on actuarial analyses, review data, assumptions, methodologies, and model outputs.
• Guide actuarial and statistical analysis, overseeing Monte Carlo simulations and loss distributions.
• Manage engagements from planning through delivery, establishing scope, milestones, and deadlines.
• Support risk financing decisions, leading analytical delivery of Risk Finance Optimization and risk appetite engagements.
• Present clear, decision-oriented findings to risk managers and senior executives.
• Develop analysts through thoughtful review to strengthen technical judgment and communication.
• Improve how the team delivers work by strengthening standards, tools, and workflows.
• Contribute to client relationships by understanding needs and explaining capabilities.
