Job summary

AGNC Investment Corp. in Bethesda, MD seeks an Analyst or Senior Analyst to support Strategy & Corporate Development and IR teams. The role collaborates with senior management, builds investor materials, and coordinates earnings and investor events. Hybrid work is required with in-person office presence at least three days a week.

The position offers growth, exposure to financial modeling, and cross-functional project work within a leading Agency MBS investor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; finance/business/economics preferred.
• 1–5 years in investment banking, corporate strategy, investor relations, or related roles.
• Experience with publicly traded companies is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate strategy, investor relations, and communications teams.
• Develop investor messaging, branding, market positioning, and collateral.
• Prepare market commentary, thought pieces, and presentations for investors.
• Coordinate earnings, investor meetings, roadshows, and events.
• Maintain investor databases and track market developments.
