Job summary

Federal Capital Partners in Chevy Chase, MD seeks a Financial Reporting Analyst/Sr. Analyst to support investor relations and capital formation with strong financial modeling and GAAP analysis.

You will prepare investor communications, analyze cash flows, create presentations, and coordinate with stakeholders while advancing data processes within the IR function. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, and experience with Salesforce/Investran is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with excellent academic credentials.
• Excellent proficiency in modeling commercial real estate principles, market analysis, and valuation.
• Data management experience and ability to translate qualitative/quantitative information into deliverables.
• Ability to analyze GAAP financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Investran preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare investor communications including quarterly reporting, notifications, and inquiry templates.
• Create financial analyses, including cash flow projections and fund-level calculations.
• Prepare, proofread and format internal and external presentations.
• Develop briefing materials and prospecting investor information for meetings.
• Maintain investor information within CRM database and investor portal.
• Develop due diligence and capital raising deliverables (DDQs, RFPs, RFIs, datasets, on-site materials).
• Monitor IR email and respond to investor inquiries.
• Analyze information and translate into strategic deliverables.
• Coordinate meetings and conference calls with stakeholders.
• Organize annual investor conferences and manage event materials.
