Garry Executive Search, a confidential retained search for a fee-only registered investment advisor, seeks an experienced Senior Investment Analyst in Central New Jersey. You will support and grow within the research function, collaborating with senior investment professionals on strategy, portfolio construction, and committee processes.

You will contribute to research across equities, fixed income, ETFs, mutual funds, and alternatives, help shape asset allocation decisions, and prepare to take

• 5+ years of professional investment research or related experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills and leadership growth mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct fundamental, quantitative, and macroeconomic research across asset classes.
• Evaluate securities, ETFs, mutual funds, and alternative investment strategies with senior team members.
• Help monitor portfolio positioning, asset allocation, and risk exposures across client portfolios.
• Contribute to design and refinement of investment strategies and model portfolios.
• Support due diligence for external managers and alternative investments.
• Prepare and present research and recommendations to the investment committee.
• Collaborate with the broader research team on processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss investment strategy and market outlook.
• Contribute to written market updates, commentary, and educational content.
