Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance or higher is required.
• 4+ years of systems engineering, integration, analysis, or related experience.
• Experience supporting Federal IT portfolio management, investment analysis, enterprise modernization, business-process analysis, or governance.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational, operational, and strategic assessments.
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop recommendations supporting modernization initiatives.
• Support performance measurement and metrics development.
• Prepare executive briefings, reports, and presentations.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and working-group activities.
• Support governance and strategic planning processes.
• Analyze risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations.
