Responsibilities

• Perform infrastructure governance assessments and provide recommendations.
• Develop and report on service-management performance metrics and dashboards.
• Provide enterprise visibility into infrastructure health and modernization activities.
• Support governance frameworks that ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop modernization recommendations based on performance and risk analysis.
• Prepare executive briefings, dashboards, and reports for decision-makers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to implement governance improvements and AI-enabled service adoption.
