What We Do

The Strategic Analysis Group (SAG) supports the First American- Direct Title Group of Businesses with analysis support to inform business and technology strategy. The group consists of analysis professionals skilled in Business Analysis, Business Architecture, Process Architecture, and Business Systems Analysis. SAG leads, informs, and supports analysis efforts during strategy and implementation phases, enabling business & technology transformations within the Enterprise.

The Manager, Strategic Analysis is a key role within SAG, providing analysis and leadership. This role manages a high-performing team of BA and/or BSA professionals within the Direct Title Group and acts as the Lead Analyst for key initiatives. The manager collaborates with SAG leadership to develop an Analysis Center of Excellence and industry best practices. They serve as a strategic liaison with stakeholders, understanding needs, identifying gaps, mapping current state, and providing findings and recommendations to improve processes and drive solutions. The SA Manager is a strong mentor and leader, leading projects and functions, bringing broad experience for problem solving and innovative solutions to support partner and customer success.

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE

1. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and ensure analysis support for product and process initiatives.
2. Lead and manage a wide range of projects, bringing expertise in analysis.
3. Conduct business process evaluations, map current state, and identify opportunities for future state improvements.
4. Act as a strategic partner and liaison between business, product, design, research, and engineering teams, including offshore staff.
5. Lead and mentor the team in applying analysis best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
6. Oversee creation and maintenance of documentation such as user stories, business rules, API analysis, etc., within an agile framework.
7. Set and manage team goals and objectives, ensuring timely delivery.
8. Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and HR activities.
9. Provide reports and presentations to leadership to inform roadmaps, budgets, and strategies.
10. Lead the creation of a Center of Excellence for the SAG.
11. Manage risk and prioritize business needs.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PBA, Agile, CBA.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, Agile, and Product methodologies.
• Experience in digital transformation programs preferred.
• Strong analytical, business acumen, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organization and project management skills.
• Experience in creating and maintaining analysis documentation.
• Knowledge of Title insurance & settlement services is a plus.
• Business Architecture knowledge is a plus but not required.

Pay Range: $132,900-$166,100 annually

This range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on various factors.
