Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
• Current TX RN license; BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• 2-5 years operating room/critical care experience.
• Two years supervisory experience in outpatient surgery.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop ambulatory center's clinical departments.
• Hire, evaluate, mentor, schedule, and supervise staff.
• Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, CMS).
• Manage program growth, budgeting, and client billing knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with management and physicians.
• Attend mandatory in-services and meetings.
