United Surgical Partners International (USPI) is seeking a Clinical Director for the Boerne center to oversee clinical departments, drive staff development, and coordinate operations. The role emphasizes hiring, mentoring, scheduling, and supervising in a busy ambulatory surgery setting.

The director will focus on revenue generation for clinical services, regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, CMS), and effective communication with physicians, staff and leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
• Requires BSN; MSN preferred.
• Current license as a TX Registered Nurse.
• Current certification in BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
• 2-5 years' operating room/critical care experience
• At least two years' supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area.
• Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients and others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop ambulatory surgical center clinical departments, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, scheduling and supervision.
• Demonstrate strategies to grow the business and ensure sustainability while maintaining quality care.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS and other regulatory standards.
• Lead clinical staff development, quality assurance, and budgeting for service programs.
