Job summary

Aaru is seeking a Deployment Lead (Alliances) in New York City to drive high-impact simulation projects with strategic partners, guiding both strategy and execution to scale partnerships across financial services sectors. You will work closely with the founders and senior leaders to shape joint offerings and ensure successful deployments.

Your role will own partner relationships, translate complex needs into actionable workstreams, and collaborate to expand Aaru's footprint through

Qualifications

• 5+ years at a top strategy consulting firm, Big 4, or in a strategic operations/alliances role at a high-growth tech company.
• Experience owning workstreams, client relationships, partnerships, or commercial initiatives.
• Financial services domain fluency and cross-sector exposure are valuable.
• Ability to shape unclear asks into crisp workstreams and deliver without hand-holding.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and comfort with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships end-to-end with strategic partners and their clients, from discovery to deployment.
• Execute complex deliverables independently and at speed, translating direction into outputs.
• Represent Aaru in senior settings with partner and client leadership.
• Sell and deliver with alliance partners on strategic opportunities.
• Build repeatable business motions and playbooks for scalable partner engagements.
