Job summary

Aaru in New York City is seeking a Deployment Lead (Alliances) to manage strategic partnerships, deliver high-impact simulation projects, and scale Aaru across partner organizations and client bases.

You will work alongside the founders and senior leaders, blending strategy consulting rigor with hands-on deployment to build repeatable playbooks and enablement programs. This role is fully in-person in NYC, with a strong focus on growth and transformation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years at a top strategy consulting firm, Big 4, or in a strategic operations/alliances role at a high-growth tech company
• Owned workstreams and client relationships with measurable impact
• Fluency in financial services and relevant sector experience is helpful to the role
• Able to shape unclear asks into crisp workstreams and deliver independently

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationships with strategic partners and clients
• Deliver high-quality outputs quickly and autonomously
• Represent Aaru with senior partner and client leadership
• Sell and deliver with alliance partners on strategic opportunities
• Build repeatable business motions enabling partners to scale with Aaru
• Develop playbooks, governance, and operating rhythms for alliances
• Lead enablement programs and partner training initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering, product, deployment, and commercial teams to translate needs into scalable solutions
• Identify opportunities to expand footprint across accounts and industries
• Embed Aaru offerings into partner workflows and client engagements
