Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a skilled Partnerships & Contracts Specialist to support licensing officers and the Corporate Alliances team in managing established strategic alliance relationships. You will coordinate IP and research program management, transactional agreements, and alliance relationship management, ensuring timely execution and effective documentation across Penn stakeholders.

Strong project management, detail orientation, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Master's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline strongly preferred.
• Strong science background is highly preferred.
• Detail oriented, organized, with excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Support Licensing Officers and Corporate Alliances in managing strategic relationships.
• Coordinate IP, research program management, and alliance transactions.
• Provide project management and coordination for Penn-alliance partner initiatives.
• Track activities, timelines, and resource needs; report progress to stakeholders.
• Facilitate timely execution of alliance-related projects across teams.
• Assist with third-party agreements and contract administration.
