The Partner Development Leader - Alliances, Workday focuses on growing Slalom’s Workday Partner sales, strengthening our brand, and expanding our network in coordination with our partners' GTM structure. This role involves integrating with global and local teams to unlock channel value and drive partner pipeline in the local market. You will also work closely with the global capability team and directly with the Director, Partner Development.

The salary range for the Manager role is $104,000 to $181,000; for Sr. Manager, $123,000 to $215,000, plus potential bonuses. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, location, and other factors.
