Job summary

CBRE seeks an Alliance Director to oversee all service lines for a multi-site client, acting as the primary liaison and driving growth, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across geographies. This role requires regular on-site engagement and periodic travel to support various facility types and locations.

You will lead cross-functional CBRE teams, manage budgets and reporting, and coordinate performance reviews to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and at least 10 years in facilities management or related fields.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Multi-site facilities management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with regulated environments preferred.
• Strong communication and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• Experience leading transitions and operational transformations.
• CFM/FMA or equivalents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract compliance across service lines and geographies.
• Lead account performance and operational excellence.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and operating expenses.
• Provide reporting and client reviews.
• Lead and develop account team; ensure KPI achievement.
