Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a delivery coordination professional to serve as the primary interface for contractual, legal and financial matters related to aircraft deliveries.

You will coordinate with Airbus entities in Toulouse, Germany and Canada to ensure timely transfer and compliance with delivery schedules for A320/A220 FAL USA programs. Bachelor's degree in finance, management or related field.
Experience responding to issues and concerns and displaying initiative.
3-5 years of experience in Legal and Sales matters.
Customer service experience in a technically-focused environment.
Experience in a multicultural team.

Responsibilities

Manage Contractual Aircraft Delivery: interface with customers, banks, authorities, and internal teams; monitor the delivery closing process.
Prepare and collect Airbus documentation; compute final aircraft price and ensure payment; monitor legal, commercial, contractual and financial aspects of the delivery.
Support delivery planning and relationship management to ensure contractual obligations are met and customers are satisfied.
