Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a delivery coordination professional to act as the main interface for contractual, legal and financial matters related to aircraft deliveries in the USA.

You will coordinate with Airbus entities in Toulouse, Germany and Canada, ensure alignment with contractual constraints, and monitor the transfer of title to customers for A320/A220 FAL USA programs. Fluent English required; ability to work with cross‑functional teams, banks, authorities and customers, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, management or related field.
• 3-5 years in legal and sales matters.
• Customer service experience in a technically-focused environment.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural team.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers and advisors to monitor the delivery closing.
• Prepare delivery closing and collect Airbus documentation and invoicing.
• Compute final aircraft price and ensure payment.
• Monitor CASCADE planning data for the FAL USA program.
