Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a delivery and contracts professional to act as the primary interface for aircraft deliveries, coordinating with Airbus entities in Toulouse, Germany, and Canada to ensure on-time transfer of title for A320/A220 aircraft in the USA.

The role involves managing the delivery closing, preparing and collecting required documentation, invoicing, and monitoring legal, commercial, and financial aspects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in legal and sales matters.
• Customer service experience in a technically-focused environment.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Contractual Aircraft Delivery: interface with customers, banks, authorities, and internal teams, and monitor the closing process.
• Prepare and manage the delivery closing, collect and finalize all documentation, and ensure payment.
• Support Commercial Planning activities for deliveries, ensuring contracts are implemented per terms and timelines.
