Job summary

Holtzbrinck Publishing Group's AI Hub in San Francisco seeks a strategy and ventures leader to shape AI priorities, build partnerships, and run cross-portfolio programs. You will own flagship events, drive venture pipelines, and work closely with the Executive Board and Strategy colleagues to keep Holtzbrinck ahead.

You'll lead the Liquid Content Summit, demo nights, and hackathons, turning ideas into funded ventures and measurable partnerships across science, education, and media.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy consulting, venture building, or large-scale event production.
• Ability to move between strategic planning and operational execution.
• Strong network among builders in AI, science, education or media.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch new ventures end to end from early validation to funding decisions.
• Develop founder pipelines from internal talent and external candidates.
• Prepare funding recommendations for the Executive Board and track ventures post-launch.
• Organize the Liquid Content Summit and run demos/hackathons for builders.
