The role combines technology strategy, value creation, financial analysis, and executive advisory, emphasizing moving concepts into real-world implementation across diverse businesses.

Competenze

• 15+ years of professional experience across management consulting, private equity value creation, digital transformation, technology strategy, or senior operating leadership.
• Proven ability to partner with executive stakeholders and advise on complex business, operational, and technology decisions.
• Strong commercial and financial skill set, including evaluating opportunities, quantifying impact, and developing ROI cases.
• Broad knowledge of AI, automation, data, and enterprise technology, with ability to connect to practical business applications.
• Ability to communicate across executive, operational, and technical audiences; healthcare or similarly complex industries is desirable.

• Partner with portfolio company leadership to assess operations and identify tech-driven improvements.
• Develop understanding of processes, tech environments, data flows, and challenges to maximize impact.
• Build and evaluate tech initiatives considering value, complexity, readiness, investment, and speed to impact.
