The Freeman Company is seeking an executive to lead the AI Strategy & Automation function within the Growth Organization. This hybrid role blends strategy with hands-on problem solving to deploy AI use cases that enhance Strategic Sales Planning and drive measurable adoption across the sales analytics stack.

You will guide governance, enablement, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Sales, and Marketing.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of analytics, sales ops, or business tech experience, incl. 2+ years leading people.
• Hands-on with Salesforce, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or similar AI assistants.
• Generalist who quickly learns tools across Salesforce/Einstein, Power BI, and AI assistants.

Aufgaben

• Build and lead the AI Strategy & Automation team and define operating model.
• Own results: set priorities, allocate effort, ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Provide technical guidance on Salesforce, Power BI, and AI tooling.
• Lead adoption tracking, governance, and enablement across teams.
• Collaborate with IT, analytics, and other AI owners to expand portfolio.
