Job summary

enGen is seeking an AI Architect to define the end-to-end architecture for AI solutions, including data pipelines, model storage, inference engines, and front-end integration. You will select the tech stack, enforce MLOps best practices, and ensure scalable, low-latency systems with strong data privacy and AI safety guardrails.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering or data science and 3+ years in an architectural role, plus experience with enterprise integration and migrating legacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or closely related field.
• 7 years in an IT discipline and 7 years in a Business discipline.
• Strong leadership and the ability to present complex architectural decisions to the C-suite.
• Experience with enterprise integration and migrating legacy systems to AI-augmented workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consultation with business customers to design enterprise solutions.
• Specify and design the most complex systems and establish design standards.
• Produce detailed requirements and translate them into designs for implementation.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure alignment with business strategy and governance.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across teams.
