Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks an AI Consultant to educate stakeholders, lead ideation, and translate business needs into scalable AI solutions. You will collaborate across teams to prototype, validate, and present AI outcomes that improve operations, customer experience, and safety.

Role requires strong communication, design-thinking facilitation, and proficiency in Python, ML, and AWS. You will guide adoption through trainings, workshops, and one-on-one engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI, ML, or data science.
• Proficiency in Python for AI development.
• Knowledge of AWS services and ML tools.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch and Scikit-learn.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders on front-end ideation for AI solutions.
• Experience applying AI to NLP, computer vision, recommender systems, or generative AI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define client requirements and objectives for AI projects.
• Design and develop AI solutions using modern tools and frameworks.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and stakeholders.
• Communicate and present AI solutions and results to clients and stakeholders.
• Research and stay current on trends in AI and data science.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of AI processes and methodologies.
