Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior AI Solutions & Process Transformation Consultant for a 12-month W-2 contract. The role identifies, designs, builds, and implements AI-enabled business solutions, partnering with the AI Portfolio Lead and stakeholders to assess processes and prioritize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Business, IS, CS, Engineering, Operations, Mathematics, Data Science, or related)
• Minimum 3 years of AI, machine learning, or data science experience
• Experience programming in Python for AI development, prototyping, automation, data analysis, or integration support
• Experience with ML model development and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar tools
• Experience with AWS or related cloud services supporting AI, ML, data processing, or deployment

Responsibilities

• Partner with the AI Portfolio & Product Lead to evaluate, prioritize roadmap, and deliver Residential Solutions AI opportunities.
• Facilitate stakeholder discovery sessions and process reviews to identify AI, automation, workflow, and decision-support opportunities.
• Document current-state processes and design future-state workflows, process maps, decision logic, requirements, MVPs, and pilot plans.
• Configure, build, test, and deploy AI-enabled solutions using approved tools, including copilots, AI agents, automations, prompts, business rules, and integrations.
• Apply Python, machine learning, AI frameworks, cloud services, and data science techniques to support prototyping, analytics, model development, and solution evaluation.
• Lead pilot deployments, support user acceptance testing, coordinate with technology teams/vendors, track risks and dependencies, and measure adoption and business value.
• Create reusable templates, accelerators, training materials, and lessons learned to strengthen repeatable AI delivery for Residential Solutions.
