You will lead end‑to‑end AI initiatives, build scalable multi‑agent systems, and work with product, engineering and business partners to create impactful data‑driven solutions.

You will design robust evaluation frameworks, monitor model performance, and embed AI into workflows to drive business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in data science, analytics or a related field.
• Proven track record deploying and managing AI/ML models in a large enterprise.
• Experience with AI/ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and scalable data pipelines.
• Experience with A/B experimentation and production‑quality code.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to technical and business audiences.
• Scientific mindset; able to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to thrive in a matrix environment and partner across locations.
• Proven experience building multi‑agent systems and production‑grade integration.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in end‑to‑end model development lifecycle with risk management.
• Design and implement multi‑agent systems and HITL controls.
• Implement drift monitoring and retraining to maintain accuracy.
• Define evaluation frameworks for AI/agentic systems and metrics.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to embed AI into workflows for efficiency.
• Design and deploy AI/data‑driven apps using cloud, data mesh, and knowledge bases.
• Integrate analytics models into operational workflows for value and adoption.
• Communicate analytical findings to senior leadership.
