Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a client-focused professional to lead strategic engagements for marketing analytics and AI-enabled campaigns in a remote-first environment.

You will analyze campaign performance with analytics tools, manage end-to-end client relationships, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support to drive success and upsell opportunities. 3+ years in client-facing roles and marketing account management are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing roles (e.g., Project Lead, Sales Engineer)
• 3+ years of account management in a marketing agency
• Fluent English for client communication
• Strong project management skills
• Solid understanding of data modeling and SQL

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to utilize marketing analytics and AI tools to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies
• Prioritize customer success with high-quality support and delivery
• Create detailed project and resource plans independently
• Lead strategic client meetings and consultations
• Manage client relationships end-to-end, including contract discussions and upsell opportunities
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support teams
