Confidential is seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join a fast-growing healthcare-focused digital agency, fully remote. You will act as the primary contact for a range of healthcare clients, shaping digital marketing strategy and ensuring high-quality delivery across paid media, SEO and content.

This role suits someone with hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO/PPC, and client-facing delivery, with a bias towards leveraging AI tools to enhance outputs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Digital Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager / Client Partner or similar.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge with a Digital Marketing Exec / PPC Exec / SEO Exec background.
• Experience with AI within digital marketing or willingness to adopt AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Lead digital marketing activity across SEO, Paid Media and Content.
• Understand client goals and translate them into effective digital strategies.
• Coordinate with specialist teams to deliver campaigns and website projects.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports and present insights to clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve results and grow accounts.
• Manage project timelines, communications and stakeholder expectations.
